  • Advising the owner on achieving marketability in the scope of an exclusive marketing instruction
  • Extensive research for the commercial development originally planned 
  • Preparing discussions with the City of Frankfurt Building Control Office and Planning Department
  • Advising both the vendor and the purchaser up to conclusion of the sale contract

OUTCOME

 

  • Creating the planning and contractual basis for the realisation of the project
  • Considerable confidence by both parties demonstrated by the grant of a joint consultancy mandate
